Are you ready for some downtime from your every day routine? Then join Sherry and James in the Anza Borrego Desert in Southern California. 

Imagine you are with us at the quaint, mid century hotel tucked away from civilization.  Join us as we explore the desert landscape together.  We have practices poolside, and practices in the sun and in the shade. 

This 10 day Adventure is an invitation to embody everyday more fully and experience Life through your body (Soma). Enjoy Sherry’s Fascia Renewal series that will get you feeling more fluid and youthful in your body.  Learn amazing new movement patterns with James as he shares his innovative “Gentle Somatic Flow™” series.

Ready to give your whole body some LOVE? Can we accept the body that we have today, at this present moment in time? Loving and nourishing our body every day will bring peace to our spirit, and love into our heart. We are our biggest critic, so this Challenge is dedicated to Self Love!

Yes, we can have goals for getting in better shape, losing weight or toning up what age has slackened. But, when it comes down to Self Love and Acceptance... today is all that matters.

Over 21 days, you will be introduced to 10 different Chair Yoga Dances that will be interwoven throughout the videos.  You will master the moves through repetition and your noticeably improving memory. Join me in my Yoga Vista Studio where my Gentle Yoga Teaching career all started.  These 14 classes will give you top to bottom, head to toe Body Tone and Stretch workouts that will get you feeling good in your body once again.  These Gentle Yoga practices are great for people who can easily get up and down off the floor, but don't want to do pretzel-like contortions.
