Challenges start on January 1. There are 3 Challenges to choose from depending on your interest and physical level:

  • 21 Day Chair Yoga and Dance Challenge - "Dancing with the Elders" with Sherry Zak Morris

  • 14 Day Gentle Yoga Challenge - "Full Body Focus" with Sherry Zak Morris

  • 7 Day Chair Yoga Challenge - "New To Yoga" with Sharon Cavanagh

Just go to our Challenges page on our Community Tab and get ready to begin on January 1, 2024.
