Hi Barbara!  I am smiling knowing that your sons are there to support you!  There is nothing like family because we know each other so well and love each other so much.  YAY for your family!

I'm glad you enjoy my classes because I enjoy sharing them.  Life is always changing and evolving and we all do the best we can to adapt to what situations arise.  I know my priorities and it feels good.  A daily Yoga practice helps keep things in perspective and allows us to enjoy ourselves in fun and healthy ways!  Sending you lots of love and blessings from the Midwest!

Hi Gail!  Thanks for your inquiry. As you may know, a hiatal hernia occurs when the upper part of your stomach bulges through the large muscle separating your abdomen & chest (diaphragm). If the hernia is not too severe and your doctor did not recommend surgery, it is possible it can heal with exercises and stretches that can strengthen the diaphragm.  These exercises can potentially even relieve some symptoms.
