Hi Maria! I have been to Adelaide and it is so beautiful there! So nice to hear that you are enjoying my Yoga classes. I was never a Kindergarten teacher, thank goodness! I prefer teaching to those who are older and wiser:)

Congrats on being 77 and doing Yoga! I know you will continue to feel better the more often you practice! Have you been doing any of Chair Yoga Dances???

NEW All-Dancing Classes being filmed in the She-Shed with Sherry

My husband built a shed for all his guy stuff and before he loads it up, I decided to film some All-Dancing Chair Yoga Classes in the "She-Shed" before it permanently turns into a "He-Shed"! Each of these All-Dancing classes has a theme and contain 7-8 dances to keep you moving and motivated. And I introduce a NEW Dance in every class to keep us all learning new things!
